As a purpose-driven woman, I know that making an impact is important to you, but the lack of energy and brain fog you experience make it harder to do so. Little things get under your skin and the overwhelm and irritability are a real problem!
2. Self-sabotaging behaviour is keeping you stuck
It starts with a seductive glass of wine after a stressful day, which then turns into wine and salt-and-vinegar chips almost every night to numb the day away. This luxurious "reward" calms the nerves, but the cost to your health is high, leaving you tired, overweight and emotionally unsatisfied.
3. Hiding in the background is dimming your light
Hiding from the world is costing you money and connection! How many events or friend's reunions have you attempted to skip due to fear of being seen? Do you know it is time for an empowering professional photoshoot to take your life and career to the next level, but you rather eat rocks than smile to the camera? You are too beautiful, too important, too powerful to blend into the background.
4. Fear of "failing" again is costing you everything
